Note - Make a manual save before going to the sewers so that you can easily return to grab the collectibles from the first part of the map, if necessary.
#1 - It's Not Over Yet!
Type of collectible: Personal letter
Investigate the hotel adjacent to the park. The collectible is on one of the tables in the southern part of the building.
#2 - Clean Out the Sewer
Type of collectible: Personal letter
This secret can only be obtained after heading into the sewers during the main mission. After using the sewer entrance in the park, explore the first corridor in the sewers. You'll find the letter on the ground, behind the crate.
#3 - He's Not the Sharpest
Type of collectible: Personal letter
You have to explore the destroyed cinema north of the church, in the central part of the map. Use the ladder to get to the upper floor. The letter is inside the large crate pictured in the screenshot above.
#4 - Your Man Talked!
Type of collectible: Personal letter
Check out the locked, ruined building in the southern part of Saint Nazaire. Either grab one of the keys from the nearby key hanger or blow up the door with an explosive. The letter is on the desk in a room without a roof.
#5 - Moller is Moving!
Type of collectible: Personal letter
Explore the building that is an alternative starting point in the south-east part of the map. The collectible is on the desk next to a lit kerosene lamp.
#6 - Secure Radio Lines
Type of collectible: Classified Document
You can find this secret shortly after starting the mission in the south-west part of the map. Explore the area where you've encountered your first enemies. The document is lying on the crates.
#7 - Broken Resistance
Type of collectible: Classified Document
This secret can be obtained shortly after going through the initial locations and unlocking free travel around the map. Examine the destroyed building in the southern part of the city. The document is on a crate and at first, a few enemies will be standing next to it.
#8 - Resistance Report
Type of collectible: Classified Document
You have to explore the basement of the building in the west part of the city. There is an interrogation room there. You need to open the door from screenshot no. 1 - you can take the key from one of the enemies guarding the area or use an explosive.
#9 - Flagship Fuel Risks
Type of collectible: Classified Document
Investigate the hotel adjacent to the park. You have to break into the safe in the northern part of the building. Either discover the code to the safe using intelligence data (gather other collectibles) or blow it up with an explosive (it won't destroy the document).
#10 - Priority Pick Up
Type of collectible: Classified Document
Investigate the building in the west of the ruined city, which is also an alternative starting point for the mission. You have to continue climbing up the floors here. In the location pictured in screenshot no. 1, there's a hard to notice spot where you can continue climbing. Climb the attic where the sniper's hideout is. In addition to the rifle, you will also find a document here.
#11 - Stolen Tanto
Type of collectible: Hidden Item
This secret can only be obtained after heading into the sewers during the main mission. While crossing the sewers, you need to explore the area behind the closed gates. You can either find a nearby safe and take the key from it (the code to the safe is hidden in the previously obtained intelligence) or use an explosive to blow up one of the gates. In the new area, open the large container.
#12 - I-400 V2 Hanger
Type of collectible: Classified Document
This secret can only be obtained after reaching the U-boat base and unlocking the largest hall in the north. Reach the upper balconies and explore the adjacent rooms. The plans you need to find are lying on one of the huge tables.
#13 - An "Original" Adolf
Type of collectible: Classified Document
You have to find the painting inside the church tower. After reaching the church, find the long ladder shown in screenshot no. 1 and start climbing it. Stop on the middle floor and explore it. The collectible is leaning against the tower wall.
#14 - Stone Eagle 1
Type of collectible: Dead-Eye Target
Reach the town hall building located in the northwest part of the city. The eagle is located above the main entrance.
#15 - Stone Eagle 2
Type of collectible: Dead-Eye Target
This eagle is difficult to locate and shoot, because it's outside the area of the map you're intended to explore. Choose a building in the south-east part of the city as your shooting location, which also serves as an alternate starting point. Screenshot no. 2 depicts the projectile's trajectory.
#16 - Stone Eagle 3
Type of collectible: Dead-Eye Target
This eagle is also outside of the intended map area. This time, set up at the east end of the park and locate the eagle to the northeast of your position.
#17 - Rifle Workbench
Type of collectible: Workbench
The secret can only be obtained after reaching the U-boat base. In the south part of the base, on the lower level, you'll find the armory pictured in screenshot no. 1. You can open it with the key (one of the soldiers has it on them and the other copy of the key is in the nearby container) or with an explosive.
#18 - SMG Workbench
Type of collectible: Workbench
Check out the ruined building south of the entrance to the town hall. There is a workbench on one of its floors. To get there, simply climb inside the building.
#19 - Pistol Workbench
Type of collectible: Workbench
You have to get inside the church crypt, whose entrance is pictured in screenshot no. 1 - it's under the northern entrance to the church. You can find the key to the crypt in the church tower (the one with the sniper) or, alternatively, use an explosive. Enter the crypt and you will easily find the workbench.
