Main objective: Defeat Tar Goroth definitively.

Shoot down stalactites to slow down the Balrog.

1. Tar Goroth wreaks havoc and it needs to be stopped once and for all. Mount the Spirit of Carnán that appears in front of you as caragor. Follow the fiery trail and run around the orcs. There is no point in wasting time over them, when there is that powerful an enemy around. Eventually, you will reach an ice cave and Tar Goroth will start to chase you.
2. Your mission here is to aim at the stalactites and shoot them down, when Balrog is under them. Thanks to this, the beast will temporarily by stunned and you will be able to escape. You will have to repeat that several times - you do not have to control Carnán, so focus on shooting only.

1. As soon as you escape from the cave, you will have to confront the beast. Soon, you will learn that your weapon, and your arrows, do little to the opponent. Keep running away, until Carnán returns as a drak. Together, you will have to defeat the enemy.
2. You will gain control over the drak - your mission is to avoid Balrog's firebolts and to approach him to breath fire on him. It is best to approach the enemy quickly and breathe ice fire, which will quickly drive down the enemy's health.

Press the correct button to knock the Balrog down.

1. After you have sufficiently wounded the enemy, you can press the correct button to pin the Balrog down. This will crack the ice a bit. Repeat this for several times and you will eventually throw the enemy into the water for the first time. The victory is near!
2. Avoid enemy attacks, try to breathe fire and complete the side objective, by firing three ice projectiles into the enemy. Eventually, you will have weakened him so much that you will be able to launch the final attack. Carnán and Balrog will drop into the frozen lake and the mission will end.
