The passage to the refugee caves

Go to Watcher's Reach to the West, at the bottom of the near canyon. In front of the cave entrance, you find Fairbanks. He is going to be your main quest giver at the Emerald Graves. Talk to him and the quest will end. At the same time, you receive some more quests, connected with each other: The Freemen of Dales and A Fallen Sister, whose purpose is to bring about the liberation of Dalia, from the enemies.
