Dragon Age Inquisition: Luster Survey in the Oasis

Way to unlock: Meet with the Requisition Officer.

You can receive this quest (requisition quests are random) as a result of meeting with the Requisition Officer at one of the camps (M5,2). You will receive a recipe and you will be asked to supply the officer with the following:

• 4 Serpentstones - many such stones can be found near the spot, where you receive this quest.
• 4 Paragon's Luster stones - These stones are nod as common, around the Oasis, but you can find them, among others, in the northern part of the Oasis (Northwards of the camp).

After you obtain the materials, return to the campsite and interact with the Requisition table to end this quest.
