Salvage Operations are one of the types of missions available in Deep Rock Galactic. Salvage Operation is the second mission that the player can unlock after completing one of the Assignment Missions. You start them in a small underground room from where you move to a much more extensive cave. The player's task is to repair broken M.U.L.E. mini-robots and escape from the underground complex.

M.U.L.E. mini robots are easy to locate - they are surrounded by a slight glow that is well visible in the dark, and they make a very distinctive "beeping" sound, which helps in determining the right direction. Once the robot is located, you have to repair it.

There are four mechanical legs scattered around each of the broken robots. However, to completely repair the small M.U.L.E., you only need three legs. You can't pick up the mechanical legs right away - you need to dig them out with a pickaxe first. Take the leg to the robot and place in its place (E key on the keyboard).

With all three legs installed, the small M.U.L.E. robot is complete and ready for repairs. To do this, approach the robot and hold down the interaction key (E on the keyboard). Repairs take a while. Once they are over, the mission will be complete.
