You'll find this cover in the dumpster, next to the teddy bear.

3D Glasses
You will find eight pairs of 3D glasses in Viktory Boulevard .
UVK Movie Box
One of the glasses available in this location are in the trash. All you have to do is go to the open dumpster, full of cardboard boxes, and in one of them you will notice glasses.

Glasses are on the chair, on the balcony. To get there, you need to jump from the bus to the column, and jump off it on the stone floor.
Lion Fish
These glasses are lying next to the toolbox in the elevator shaft.
