Last update: 29 July 2019
This page of our guide to Wolfenstein: Youngblood provides valuable tips on how to get silver coins, which are the main currency of the game. We have put together the most important methods that will allow you to get rich.
If you want to find out how you should spend your collected coins, take a look at chapter called - What are the coins for? of our guide.
One of the main methods of obtaining silver coins is to complete the main and side missions. In the description of each task in your sister's diary you will find information about the amount of the reward - usually several hundred coins.
A similar method to the one described above is to take part in Actions, i.e. small events that you can learn about while travelling in the main districts of Paris. Actions may concern e.g. tracing and killing a specific opponent.
Another method is to complete daily and weekly challenges. As a reminder, they're being picked up from Abby in a resistance hiding place. When browsing through the available challenges, the information about the prize is always displayed.
Another way is to find coins lying somewhere in visible place. You can encounter on them as you explore new locations. They can lie on a shelf or next to the corpse of a defeated Nazi. Coins are not lifted automatically - you must always press the interaction key. You can obtain one to several dozen coins each time in this way.
The next method is to open yellow boxes - the example is shown in the picture above. In most of this type of containers an amount of 50 or 100 silver coins is being stored.
Another way, similar to the one described above - you can open red boxes that require a four-digit code. One of the prizes for opening each red box are silver coins. There should be at least 250 of them.
