The best weapons available in Wolfenstein Youngblood are the Kraftwerks. There are three types of them - Laserkraftwerk, Dieselkraftwerk and Elektrokraftwerk. These weapons not only deal massive damage, they also allow you to open closed doors and some crates.

How do I get a heavy weapon?

If you want to gain heavy weapons by performing story missions, you have to go through: Brother 1, Brother 2 and Brother 3. In these places you will see for the first time a heavy weapon that you can lift yourself without any skills.

You can also acquire the skill of Bigger Guns from the Muscle category. It allows you to lift heavy weapons, but this is quite temporary because you can't store them in your inventory. Your character will automatically drop the weapon when its ammunition runs out.

You can only hide such weapon in your inventory once you have purchased the Extreme Gun Pocket skill from the Muscle category. It requires advancement to at least 20 levels of experience and an additional 6 skill points.

Can I improve heavy weapons?

Yes, heavy weapons can be upgraded in the same way as conventional ones. If you want to increase their rate of fire, range, or damage, only cash gets in the way.

You can also change the color of such weapons. Thanks to this you will get even closer to them and you may not want to exchange any such weapon for another model.

How to get Laserkraftwerk?

During the Raid Mission: Brother 1 mission, you will encounter a closed door that can only be opened with this weapon. At this point you can get Laserkraftwerk. All you have to do is jump on the lamp and out of it on the balcony. There you will find a passage to another room, where you can find the weapon.

How to get Dieselkraftwerk?

During the Raid Mission: Brother 2 mission, you will encounter a closed door that can only be opened with this weapon. Next to the door lies Dieselkraftwerk - unheated, undamaged, waiting for you in an open case.

How to get Electrokraftwerk?

During the Raid Mission: Brother 3 mission, you will encounter a closed door that can only be opened with this weapon. It's in a locked room. You'll get into it through the ventilation shaft.
