Sabotage Launchers | Wolfenstein Youngblood Walkthrough Wolfenstein Youngblood Guide, Walkthrough
Last update: 05 August 2019
On this page of our guide to Wolfenstein: Youngblood you will find a detailed description of Sabotage Launchers side mission. This task involves the destruction of two super-soldier launchers built by General Lothar. They're on the roof of the Tower in Brother 2.
Who's commissioning the mission: Talk to Jemma Atwood in the hideout in the catacombs.
This task takes place in Brother 2 district where you could have unlocked a fast travel point (subway) - see separate pages of our guide for more information. When you reach this district, set the mission as active and follow the instructions on the mini-map.
To complete this mission, you must visit the roof of the Tower again - you can use the elevator from the description of Zeppelin Sabotage side mission, or break through the same rooms and climb the same way as in the Raid Mission: Brother 2. Once you are on the roof, make sure you don't fall into the abyss by accident, because it's always the instantaneous loss of 1 shared life. Move in the direction of any launcher.
You cannot destroy a launcher by simply shooting at it, even if you use heavy weapons. The solution to this problem is to throw an explosive charge into a launcher. This can be done in two ways:
- Throw a grenade inside.
- Use Dieselkraftwerk and send a self-adhesive grenade inside (an example of this action is shown in the images above).
In both cases, position yourself in such a place that the grenade can correctly fall into the launcher. After destroying the first launcher, head for the second one at the opposite end of the roof. After a successful mission, use the fast travel - immediately on the roof or (if there are still enemies in the area) after using the elevator. Go back to Jemma to tell her about your success.
Rewards: 13500 XP, 675 silver coins, 1 skill point.
