The first and simultaneously the only Readable of this location can be found at the very beginning of the level - the card will be lying in the first control room you will encounter.
Concept Art #24 - Area 52
The first piece of Concept Art can be found at the very beginning, right next to Readable #83 - in the first control room you will reach (there will be one enemy here).
Golden Item #22 - Protocol Droid
You can find this Golden Item a moment before you will reach a new hall, where you will encounter a large group of enemies (including Super Soldiers). After you go downstairs and go through the door, turn left - you will find a pile of boxes under a tarp there, the golden item is located on top of them.
Starcard #36 - John North
This Starcard is located in one of the small control rooms near the lower hall, not far from the location of the previous item (Golden Item #22).
Max's Toy #7 - Tank
Max's Toy, which can be found in this location, is hidden in the small control room near the lower hall, opposite the location in which you have found Starcard #36.
Concept Art #25 - Area 52 Oberkommando
This piece of Concept Art can be found within a few steps of Max's Toy, in a room right next to the control room where you have found the toy.
Golden Item #23 - Marksman Elite
The next Golden Item is hidden behind crates in a room, which you can enter from the location where the last Concept Art (#25) could be found.
Concept Art #26 - Manowheel, Posters and Blueprints
This piece of Concept Art can be collected right after you enter the train, where you will look for the Ubercommander. The collectible is located in the first car, in the first room that you can enter.
Starcard #37 - Nick Rain
Starcard #37 is located in the same train car as the previous piece of Concept Art (#26) - it is lying on a chair, in the second room.
Golden Item #24 - UFO
This Golden Item is also located in the first train car, which you will enter while looking for the Ubercommander. The collectible is hidden in the third room that you can go into.
Starcard #33 - Freddy Young
In order to reach this collectible you must go to the main hall - where the entrance to the train is located. In the middle of the room you will find a staircase, which will allow you to head upwards - at the top of the stairs, by a wall, you will find the starcard you are looking for.
