The readable #60 is located near the restaurant - the newspaper lies on one of the tables in front of the restaurant.

This readable is located near the previous one (#60) - the newspaper lies on the newspaper stand. Approach it and "buy" the newspaper - don't worry, it doesn't cost you anything.

This Starcard is located in the side street, north-west from the gas station's building - the card is in the wooden box between two trash bins.
Starcard #25 - Matthew Develt
Another Starcard in this level and the last collectible here is near the entrance to Papa Joe's (the mission marker leads there) - the card is on the table located left from the entrance to this bar.
