Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint features detailed graphics, and the action takes place in very extensive territories - this requires a fairly powerful PC if you want to enjoy smooth gameplay while maintaining high details. It also gives a lot of options to customize graphics for users of weaker PCs.
Minimum system requirements
To enjoy comfortable gameplay (around 30fps) at 720p resolution and graphics set to "Medium", you will need at least the following hardware:
- Operating system: Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit)
- Processor: Intel Core i5-4460 / AMD Ryzen 3 1200
- RAM: 8 GB
- Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 / R9 280X AMD Radeon 7770 (4GB)
- Hard drive: about 50GB of free space
Note: we recommend installing the game on SSD. Breakpoint takes a very long time to load, the situation doesn't look any better during loading screens between locations, or even those before cut-scenes. If you have the game installed on an HDD, it will take even longer to load.

- Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 / Radeon RX 480 (6GB)
- Hard drive: about 50GB of free space
Note: we recommend installing the game on SSD. Breakpoint takes a very long time to load, the situation doesn't look any better during loading screens between locations, or even those before cut-scenes. If you have the game installed on an HDD, it will take even longer to load.
Our PC
This guide is based on the PC version of the game and the game was running on the following:
- Operating system: Windows 10 (64bit)
- Processor: Intel Core i5-3470 (3.2 GHz)
- RAM: 16 GB
- Video card: GeForce GTX 970 (4 GB)
- Hard drive: the game was installed on a fast SSD
Notes: The game ran at 1080p resolution, with graphics settings set to high, with some options set to medium. Most of the time it maintained a stable 40fps, going up to 60 in slightly less demanding places, rarely dropping to 30 frames. After lowering a few details to medium, the game jumped to a constant 60fps, however, it didn't look as good as before.
