Last update: 17 October 2019

The map in Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint is one of the largest in video games in general - because of this moving only on foot isn't advised. For this reason, the developers have prepared dozens of different vehicles - land, water and air - to make the exploration faster. How to unlock them to use? Read this section to find out.

To unlock a new vehicle, you must purchase it in the store.

Initially, you will have access to several vehicles located at the entrance to the rebel base in Erewhon as well as the basic helicopter. To get access to additional vehicles, you need to buy them. You can do it in Maria's shop - it is available directly at the base in Erewhon, as well as from any bivouac site. In the store, go to the fourth icon (with the steering wheel symbol), to open a list of available vehicles.

Each vehicle has its price, the number of seats, and potential combat positions you can use to fire at enemies. Of course, the better the vehicle, the more it will cost. However, for a few thousand Skell credits you can get a decent vehicle.

After purchasing a vehicle, select it from the garage while bivouacking.

To use a new vehicle, just put them in the garage while bivouacking. To do this, go to the garage tab (accessed from the bivouacking screen) and select the vehicle you want to use - remember that you can only have one vehicle active (re-selecting will replace the previous one). When you do that, stop bivouacking and the selected vehicle will be placed nearby. Remember that placing a vehicle in the garage costs nothing. When it gets destroyed, you can get another one after you visit a bivouac site.

Note - sometimes, due to the terrain, vehicles can be placed away from a bivouac spot.
