Witcher 3 - Places of Power - Velen and Novigrad

There are eight Places ofPower to be found in Velen and in Novigrad. Most of them are easily accessible, although some are guarded by stronger monsters. Reaching two Places of Power is more troublesome. The shrine on the Bald Mountain can be explored only after starting the main quest that takes the place there. The Place of Power in the underground ruins in the south-western Velen becomes available during the side quest Magic Lamp received from Keira Metz.
