There are eight Places ofPower to be found in Velen and in Novigrad. Most of them are easily accessible, although some are guarded by stronger monsters. Reaching two Places of Power is more troublesome. The shrine on the Bald Mountain can be explored only after starting the main quest that takes the place there.
