The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt: Cheats to change the character's appearance
This page of The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt guide explains how to change the appearance of Ciri, Triss Merigold, Yennefer and Keira Metz by using cheats. Changing women's appearance - how?
Appearance command allows you to change the look of the characters listed below. You can even make them completely naked. The code will work only if you input it when the specific girl is the active NPC you're locked on.
