The treasure is located on the top of the mountain. To get there you have to defeat Archgriffin (lvl 48). Take the key and the note from its nest. Read the document. The chest is near to the nest, next to two dead soldier's bodies. Inside you will find nothing especially valuable.
Defeat 3 Ekhidnas (lvl 16). The chest is located inside the ship wreck.
Chest is located on the small ledge near to shore. Watch out for 4 drowners (lvl 18).
Defeat 10 ekhidnas (lvl 16). Chest is located inside one of the wrecks.
Defeat basilisk (lvl 32). In the chest you will find Black Unicorn sword.
Defeat 6 Ekhidnas (lvl 16). The chest with tresure in on the bottom of the sea.
Defeat 4 drowners (lvl 18). In the chest you will find some valuable items.
Defeat 5 Ekhidnas (lvl 16). The chest is on the small hill. You have to jump on there.
Defeat 3 drowners (lvl 18). The chest with treasure is on small island.
Defeat 4 drowners (lvl 18). The chest in near to small shrine.
The chest is inside the ship. To get there, you have to climb on the ledge near to the wreck and then jump on it. Destroy the door to captain's room by using Aard sign. Inside you will find several containers with valuable items.
Defeat 5 drowners (lvl 18). The chest with treasure is quite deep, near to wreck of the ship.

Northern Isles: Location description
Northern Isles are a part of Skellige archipelago. It's a group of few small islands at the northern edge of the map. Most of all you will find smugglers' caches and spoils of war here.
You won't find any human settlement here nor will you meet any people, including merchants. There's not even a signpost here that could be used for quick travel. It's best to use the boat to explore the islands.

Remember about looking after your boat while exploring this territory. Only thanks to it, will you be able to effectively travel between islands. If you destroy it, you can go for the only available boat on this territory - on the island with the treasure and an archgriffin.
In the sea between the islands many chests can be found. You can search them and collect valuable items from there. However, be careful as they are guarded by sirens and ekhidnas.
Watch out for islands on the East of this location. You will find exceptionally strong opponents there - archgriffin on the 48th experience level and basilisk on level 32.
