How to unlock the Shinobi Firecracker?
In order to get it go to the Outskirts Wall - Gate Path and go down to the "village" below. There, you will find a hill on the slope, from where you will be able to see a tent. Climb the hill, coming from the gate of the next garrison, using the grapple hook. At the merchant at the top (Crow's Bed Memorial Mob) you will find Robert's Firecrackers in stock (price: 500 sen). After buying them, go back to the Dilapidated Temple and give them to the Sculptor to create a mod out of them.
Using the Shinobi Firecracker
Firecrackers (without improvements) are not suitable for fighting with people, but are great for fighting monsters and animals. Their range is small; they cause short-term stun and fear in enemies, leaving them vulnerable to a quick series of strikes that cannot be countered; alternatively, you can use it to escape. The cost of use of this prosthetic are 2 Spirit Emblems.
Where to find the Spring-load Firecracker improvement?
The Spring-load Firecracker is available from the beginning of the game. At the bonfire, select the prosthetics upgrade tree and then the Spring-load Firecracker upgrade. For its creation, you will have to pay a some sen and use up metal and Black Gunpowder.
The Spring-load Firecracker can be charged by holding the prosthetic action key. This allows you to create an additional flash that dazzles human warriors more effectively.
How to unlock Long Spark upgrade?
Long Spark, one of the upgrades for Shinobi Firecracker, increases the range and extends the duration of this ability. Shinobi Firecracker will affect all enemies around you. The blind effect lasts longer, giving you more time to, e.g. heal yourself or escape from the battlefield. If you hit an enemy that was blinded, that opponent will lose the blind status even when your Firecracker is still active.
