Last update: 28 March 2019
This page in our guide to Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice focuses on Divine Abduction, one of the prosthetic tools. Check our description to learn how to unlock this tool and what is its main purpose.
How to unlock Divine Abduction?
Defeat Long-arm Centipede Giraffe mini-boss to unlock Divine Abduction. You will face this opponent in Sunken Valley (Gun Fort). You can access that place right from the beginning of the game - the passage to Sunken Valley is behind Ashina Castle). The Fan is on the altar located in the same place where you faced the aforementioned mini-boss. Take the Fan to the Sculptor.
Using the Divine Abduction
Divine Abduction is a rather specific weapon that can be used in fights where you face numerous enemies at the same time. After using it, press the prosthetic tool button again to make them face the opposite direction. Thanks to that you will be able to perform a backstab. However, the problem here is that this prosthetic tool is difficult to use.
Double Divine Abduction
The upgraded version of Divine Abduction is available in the early stages of the game - the only requirement is to have the first upgrade for Shinobi Firecracker. The only thing that this upgrade does is the option to make the enemies face the opposite direction again after the first use.
