Last update: 25 March 2019
Senpou Temple is an important location in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. There, you are able to complete a few quests, defeat a few bosses, and get a lot of XP by defeating monks. Learn how to reach Senpou Temple by going there from Ashina Castle.
The first moment when you can go to Senpou Temple is after you reach Ashina Castle. Start at the first Sculptor's Idol - the one called Ashina Castle. This "bonfire" is near the large stairs leading to the entrance gate.
Move back towards the draw bridge and then go to the area on the left (the picture). Use the grappling hook to reach the ledge.
Move forward on the bridge and ignore the enemies. Use the grappling hook on the upper hook and reach a new yard. Here, you will encounter wolves and a large enemy carrying a bell. You can ignore them.
Follow the linear path - you will reach the Abandoned Dungeon.
You can ignore all enemies in the dungeon. Keep moving forward. When you reach the caves, jump into the water and start swimming. Don't waste your time fighting with enemies.
The lift presented in the picture above is your goal. Interact with the mechanism to lower it. Enter the lift and interact with the mechanism again.
The first Sculptor's Idol in Senpou Temple is at the top. Leave the building to reach Senpou Temple.
