- 14 Resolve
- 13 Perception
- 6 Lore
If you haven't, they will attack you.
Cliff
If you have Rope and Grappling Hook and character with Dexterity level 18 you can jump over the abyss.
The Passages of Ondra
See the relief - main quest "The Rising Tide".
The Veil of Tears
To get through the fate you need to have Ondra's Witness, which you can get during completing "The Rising Tide" quest.

Take the metal fragment from the skull and talk to Ondra - main quest "The Rising Tide".
Stairs
When you complete "The Rising Tide" quest you can use it to go directly to White Forge.
