The beginning of the quest
Haifa - will give you the password to Hamza's hideout
Hamza's hideout - provide the password
Once you learn from Dunstan (1) that Hamza, who is a rebel leader, can help you free Falagar, you go to find him. Since the city gate is open now, you can walk around the city freely.
The best way to find Hamza is to listen to gossips. And there is no better place for that than the inn. Go to the local tavern (2) and talk to the woman residing there, named Haifa. You can only select "Gossip: Hamza", so use this dialogue option to talk to her, and more options will appear. When you tell her that you have been sent by Jon Morgan, she will tell you to search for answers in the Cosmic Circle(3).
The password is: fate cannot be altered, once things are in full swing.
Once you tell the password to the shopkeeper, she will take you to Hamza straight away.
This is when this quest splits up into two quests that you need to complete: "Partners in Crime" and "Sewer Keys".
After you have completed both, return to Hamza.
