After you have completed the quest whose aim is to free Falagar, Morgan asks you to find out, as much as you can, about Dunstan. He is said to be above Marcus, who is now the sovereign in the city to the South.

You receive the first hint in Karthal, in the inn(1), in the harbor district. The innkeeper will tell you that Dunstan used to belong to Shiva's group and that they were adventurers. When he saw him for the last time, Dunstan was going towards the Wyslin Jungle.

It is best to fast travel on the ship to the Crag(2), because the jungle is to the North of that town. Exit the fort and approach the teleport to the East (3), then to the one next to it(4) and you are in the Jungle. Nearby, there is Shiva's tent(5), which is where you are going.

She will tell you that Dunstan changed after their visit to the Tomb of Thousand Terrors. The tomb itself is high in the mountains to the North-East (6) of the Seahaven(5).

While going there, you need to get ready, because this is where Act III ends. Additionally, along your path, you will be fighting three Cyclopes. The preferred level is 25+.

Additionally, before you enter the tomb, you need to buy a lot of potions and get well prepared, because you will not be able to exit, once you enter.
