The first expansion to the advanced strategy game Command: Modern Air/Naval Operations released by Matrix Games and Slitherine. Command Live: Old Grudges Never Die focuses on the civil war in Syria. The player takes control of forces of either Russia or Turkey and joins the conflict. Depending on which nation the player selects, various tasks will await him. Turkey must protect its air space but can't start the war on its own or threaten the Russian soldiers.
Europa Universalis IV: Rights of Man

The core of the gameplay hasn't changed, but a lot of new features, tweaks and new functions have been included. Novelties include Great Power mechanics – a special functionality, that gives access to new influence mechanics once you choose one of the great nations.

A very ambitious independent game developed by Q Switched Productions. The title combines traits of a space simulator with a strategy game. In Children of a Dead Earth the player assumes the role of an admiral who commands a space fleet. During the series of missions he can see as the Solar System plunges into a civil war. The gameplay is based on two main pillars: constructing space ships and participating in planetary conquests.
Total War: Warhammer - Call of the Beastmen

The expansion titled Call of the Beastmen allows the players to take control of a completely new playable faction of Beastmen in a new story campaign dedicated to them. The titular race of humanoid beasts was created due to mutation of humans under the influence of Chaos. The Beastmen have a very aggressive way of fighting.

The gameplay is similar to classic, tactical RTS games, such as Company of Heroes, which means that players don't have to gather resources and develop their bases.
