The game takes us to a fantasy world where we can face either forces of evil or other players. We observe the action from an isometric point of view. In time, we are joined by more powerful heroes and fantastic beasts.

The game features advanced physics and destruction system, which forces us to drive carefully.

Mordheim: Warband Skirmish takes the players into the eponymous city of Mordheim, five hundred years before the events in the main timeline of Warhammer. A comet fell down from the sky in that area, bringing a precious mineral with it. It is for that resource that several factions went to war against one another, having turned the city into an arena of never-ending fighting.

Just like the Whispers of the Old Gods DLC, Knights of the Frozen Throne tells an alternate version of the well-known events.

Heroes of Skyrim, however, introduces not only new cards, but also new gameplay mechanics.
