This page of our Doom Eternal guide lists all pick-ups and collectibles that can be found in Level 12 - Urdak.

Remember, if you missed something, you can return to this mission at any time. However, you have to finish the level in order to save your progress.

Urdak

As soon as you leave the building, look to the left. The first collectible is waiting for you there.

Automap Station

You can find the map in the room with the machine. All you have to do is turn right when you enter the room.

Mastery Token

To get to the top of the machine, you must first enter the hallway and fire at a button on the ceiling. This will summon an elevator that allows you to get to the upper floor.

Icon of Sin

You can reach this collectible when completing the story mission. Just hop up to the upper floor using metal shelves, and you'll find a secret on one of them.

Album - Quake III - Descent into Cerberan

Go back to the previous collectible. Reach the location of the codex entry, look to the left and jump into a hole in the wall. There, destroy down the damaged wall and reach the album.

Album - Doom 2016 - Rip and Tear

To get the album you have to jump over a chasm. Be careful, as it's very easy to fall down in this location.

Mystery Token

After collecting the album discussed above, jump into another crevice and climb the stairs. When you do, turn around and you see the shelf on which the token sits.

Khan Maykr

To get to this codex entry, You must, after the end of the arena, hop on the shelf shown above. You can access it by climbing the protruding pipes.

Figurine - Khan Maykr

To get to the figurine, you have to throw yourself into the abyss. Use the Chrono Strike rune to look around and find a hole in the building. Jump in to get the secret.

Perk

To get to that secret, you have to launch yourself in the air using a rocket launcher and then reach up to a rock ledge. Once you're there, all you have to do is destroy a broken wall.

Maykr Angels

This codex entry can be found right after you leave the building, on the right.

Figurine - Maykr Drone

The statue is located on a rock ledge outside the building. All you have to do climb the rocks.

Perk

The collectible is found in a room which you visit during the course of the storyline mission.

Floppy Disk - Berserk

To get to that floppy disk, you have to destroy the damaged wall and jump into a small hole in the building That's how you get the secret.

Figurine - Spectre

The figurine is located on a rock ledge on the left side of the building. You get to it using the double jump and dash.

Extra Life

The first extra life is found in the ventilation shaft. By the end of this part of the location, just turn around and look up. You'll see a little shelf with the secret.

To get to the hidden extra life you have to destroy a damaged wall on the side of the building.

First you need to drain the tank. Once that is done, dive to the bottom and you'll see a green object.
