This page of the Deathloop guide has a walkthrough of the Visionary Lead/mission Radio Silence. Unlocking the mission
You will be able to start the described lead after completing Colt's prologue - The Longest Day The mission will appear in your journal after looting a safe in an apartment in the Updaam district and finding a document with the personal information and whereabouts of 8 Visionaries (bosses and main antagonists). However, we advise you to proceed with this task after you complete the Ubiquity mission. This will allow you to use the Residuum to keep the powers, weapons, and other equipment acquired during the expeditions permanently.
To deal with the described lead, you have to visit The Complex in the morning.
Check out the power station
After reaching The Complex district, head towards the previously visited Loop Control Center. However, when entering the building, don't head towards the upper control room. Instead, examine the right stairs that lead down to the power station. In the morning, this path should be unlocked (arriving here at another time of the day, you will find a note with information about the closed passage).
Examine the wide control panel. There will be a note (Unfolded Directive) lying on it with instructions on restoring power.
Turn this thing on
Use the stairs leading to the lower floors. In the underground complex, you will encounter several opponents. Start by getting rid of them so that you can peacefully take care of the proper mission objective (it is worth using Hackamajig to sabotage the scout's radio).
You have to find a battery, and an example is shown in the picture - it's around the stairs leading from the console to the hall with generators. You can also find other batteries in the lower rooms.
Your task is launch 2 generators. Insert the battery into the slot of any generator in the room you are currently in, and then press the button.
Unfortunately, there's not enough battery capacity to run the second generator. Find the door leading to the room connecting the underground chambers. There is a battery charging station here. Put the battery in it and after charging it, go to the second generator to turn it on.
After starting both generators return to the control panel at the top.
Note that there are 4 levers in this place, and currently, you can pull only the first one from the left. That will supply electricity to the Tidevarv station, also located in The Complex district.
Search Tidevarv station
Tidevarv station is in the same bunker as you, so you don't even have to go outside. When you return to the top, you will notice that the passage on the other side has been unlocked (you will recognize it by the large power cable that supplies electricity).
Go down to the underground, in which you will find, among others, a recording (Test Flight 01); and note (Strictly Confidential).
Search the archives
After receiving a new mission objective, leave The Complex district. Wait till afternoon hours and as a destination, choose Updaam district.
You have to get to Archives Office. You can get in by squeezing through a partially raised gate.
Come in to AEON Archival Office and examine it. There are several secrets there, the most important collectible being Classified information stuck between boxes. Thanks to it, you will get the password WHEREWITHAL.
Investigate the RAK
You'll get your new mission objective after listening to Julianna talk on the radio. The entrance to this mysterious facility is under the building you just examined. After going outside, carefully climb or jump down, avoiding accidentally falling into the abyss.
The entrance to the RAK is shown in the attached picture. Interact with the microphone, and Colt will be allowed in.
In the room, you will find control panels, and behind the shutters, a large object in the shape of a rocket. Approach the new closed door and examine the note (Where the power lies)attached to it. You will learn power station code (in our case, it was 241, but you can draw another), and you will find out that you have to unlock and visit 3 other stations to get 3 passwords.
Divert the power
You have to return to the power station from The Complex (again, choose the morning). When you get there, interact with knobs from the picture and set the acquired code(241 in our example).
Entering the combinations will unlock 3 more levers, and like before, you have to go down first, find the battery, and use it to power the 2 generators.
When you return to the top, you can pull any of the levers. If you want to visit locations in order, choose the second lever from the left, one associated with the Updaam station.
Search Yasen Station
Leave The Complex and go to Updaam. You can choose any time of the day except the morning.
The entrance to Yasen station is located in the place marked on the picture, that is, to the right of the bridge leading to Charlie's castle.
Once inside the station, you can look for optional collectibles or locate Classified information lying on the desk. You will learn 1 of 3 passwords to RAK - FLAMINGO.
Search Sova Station
First of all, you have to go back to The Complex in the morning, go to the power station and restore the power supply by running 2 generators. Choose the second lever from the right. It will be connected to Sova stationfrom the Fistad Rock district.
Return to the tunnels and set off to Rocks Fristad. You have two times of the day to choose from - mid day or afternoon.
The entrance to the Sova station is located to the left of the entrance to the large bunker that is Fia's headquarters. Try to eliminate the surrounding enemies first, and to do it, you can hack the turrets in the area.
Like in previous stations, you can explore the new location 100% or proceed to Classified Information from the desk. You'll learn the second password - PITCHFORK.
Search Akkar Station
For the last time, you have to return to the power station in The Complex (remember to choose the morning). After you run the two generators, return to the top and pull the first lever from the right. It will be connected to Akkar station from the Karl's Bay district.
Return to the tunnels and set off to Karl's Bay. You have two times of the day to choose from -afternoon or evening.
In this particular case, you have to walk along the shoreline. It will lead you to the bunker shown in the picture.
Inside Akkar station, a cut-scene will play. After seeing it, you can search the area and collect collecibles (recording Lexicon Wars and the document lying on the floor). Colt will eventually recall the third password - ZENITH.
Open the RAK
You have to get back to the Updaam, and you can choose any time of day. Return to the underground complex RAK - as a reminder, you need to find the stairs leading to the door with a microphone.
Once inside the RAK, reach the second closed door and interact with it. Colt should automatically say all 3 passwords and unlock the entrance to the room with a rocket.
When you approach it, another cut-scene will play. You'll find that the rocket can be used to reach Julianna's hideout, but Colt will do it only in the final phase of the campaign when he manages to kill the seven other Visionaries within the same loop (on the same day).
