Warzone: Weapon Mastery Challenges - how to unlock?

In this chapter of our guide to Call of Duty Warzone you can find out what the Weapon Master Challenges are, how they can be unlocked, and what can be obtained for completing them.

Weapon Mastery Challenges are brand new weapon challenges that appeared in Warzone in the 1.22.0 update on June 10, 2020. Unfortunately, Weapon Mastery Challenges are not available right away and you have to work hard to unlock them. Completing Weapon Mastery Challenges rewards players with additional and unique prizes in the form of cosmetic items.

Weapon Mastery Challenges - how to unlock?

Weapon Mastery Challenges can be unlocked only after you get Gold camouflage for a particular weapon in Warzone. Each weapon has separate challenges, which were divided into 3 categories. In total, there are 8 different Weapon Mastery Challenges to complete. A special reward can be obtained for completing each of them.

As you perform the tasks associated with Weapon Mastery Challenges, you will have to complete the following challenges:

1. Kill - 500 kills in the first stage and as many as 2,000 in the second stage;
2. Headshot - 250 headshots in the first stage and 750 in the second stage;
3. Skill - 4 additional challenges that must be completed one at a time: Gold, Platinum, Damascus and Obsidian.
