Last update: 14 March 2021

Trials is a completely new feature that allows you to gain a lot of experience points in Call of Duty Warzone. Trials are special challenges that must be performed on a specific map and at a specific time, and sometimes even with a particular weapon. Depending on the effectiveness, you will be awarded with the appropriate reward. Unfortunately, Trials are not available for free. In order to take part in them every player must obtain a special ticket.

Trials - what are they, how can I unlock them?

Trials in Call of Duty Warzone are specially prepared training missions in which your objective is to perform a specific task at the right time. In order to participate in the Trial, every player will have to use a special ticket which entitles him/her to take part in a specific training mission - you have three attempts in case of every training mission. The better the score you get, the better the reward you can collect.

Trials in Call of Duty Warzone are not available to all players. To unlock access to trials you must unlock account rank 55, that is, reach the Officer Rank.

Trials - types

The trials available in the Call of Duty Warzone change dynamically with each subsequent season. At the time of writing this guide Season 4 was currently in progress. During this season players have the opportunity to participate in further interesting and challenging training missions, which have been divided into several categories.

There are currently 4 main categories of Trials available in CoD Warzone, namely - Warzone: Trials - types, tickets, rewards - Appendix - Warzone Guide

There are currently 4 main categories of Trials available in CoD Warzone, namely:

  1. Gun Training - the player has to complete an obstacle course in which he or she must eliminate a certain number of enemy targets and at the same time watch out not to shoot targets representing hostages as these may grant you a negative point penalty;
  2. Marksman Challenge - you must engage waves of multiple training targets that appear in different places on the map and some of them can move vertically or horizontally. A missed shot will cost you some extra seconds of precious time;
  3. Fire in the Hole - in this trial you must use offensive weapons as best as you can in order to eliminate as many targets as possible before the time limit runs out;
  4. Price's Alley - you must deal with waves of enemies among which civilian targets may appear.

Trials - how do I get tickets?

To take part in the Trial available in Call of Duty Warzone you will not only need to hit the 55th rank (Officer Rank), but also use a special ticket that allows you to participate in a training mission. Each ticket gives you an opportunity to approach a particular task three times. Therefore, the first approach can be treated as a reconnaissance run-through and the next two can be used to get the best possible results.

Tickets that can be used in the Trials can only be obtained after you have hit the 55th rank of your Call of Duty Warzone account - Warzone: Trials - types, tickets, rewards - Appendix - Warzone Guide

Tickets that can be used in the Trials can only be obtained after you have hit the 55th rank of your Call of Duty Warzone account. From that point on, you will receive 1 ticket for each next level of the account.

Trials - Rewards

The trials in Call of Duty Warzone have a ranking system that is based on stars - 1 star indicates the worst result, which qualifies the player to complete a task. On the other hand, 3 stars represent the best score that can be obtained. The number of starts received after completing a single trial determines how many experience points you will receive.

The number of experience points that can be gained after completing a Trial in Call of Duty Warzone is as follows - Warzone: Trials - types, tickets, rewards - Appendix - Warzone Guide

The number of experience points that can be gained after completing a Trial in Call of Duty Warzone is as follows:

  1. 0 stars - 0 XP;
  2. 1 star - 5,000 XP;
  3. 2 stars - 7,500 XP;
