In this chapter of our guide to Warzone Call of Duty, you can find important information about the latest game mode, which is the Warzone Rumble. We have prepared a handful of tips that may be useful during gameplay.
Warzone Rumble is a classic and well-known first-person shooter deathmatch mode that was introduced to Call of Duty Warzone along with Season 4 on June 10, 2020. The new Warzone Rumble is a great departure from the standard Battle Royale mode, as well as a playground in which new players can quickly learn how to use certain weapons, navigate the map, and unlock additional modifications to their equipment.
Warzone Rumble - General Tips
Before you start your adventure with the new Deathmatch mode in Call of Duty Warzone, you should read the main tips that may increase your chance of winning, make team play easier and help you score more kills. The tips are primarily for new players.
Warzone Rumble mode provides a great opportunity to learn how to use a particular weapon. What's more, you can top the weapon level very quickly and unlock additional modifications, as well as Weapon Challenges;
Each player enters the Warzone Rumble match with a pre-selected set of equipment (custom loadouts);
- In this type of gameplay it is best to have one weapon for a long-range combat, such as the HDR sniper rifle and one for close and medium range combat (as well as in buildings) - M4A1, GRAU or MP7;
- If you use a sniper weapon, a thermal scope may be extremely useful, but it can betray your position;
- Don't try to charge at the enemy's position, because it usually ends in your character's death and adds points to your opponents score;
- If you were eliminated by a sniper, try to inform your team which side of the deadly shot was taken from - they can quickly eliminate the threat;
- Don't glide forever. Choose a sheltered area to land and try to touch the ground with your feet as quickly as possible and then fight for more score points for your team;
- The flash of the scope reveals the position of the sniper, so look around well and if you notice a flash, hide behind an obstacle in the field;
- Don't shoot if you are not sure that you may hit the target - you will only betray your position and lose your bullets, which are an extremely valuable resource in the Deathmatch gameplay.
- Every now and then players get the opportunity to replenish their ammunition supply so it's always worth taking advantage of this option.
For frags scored in the Warzone Rumble mode you receive points instead of cash;
Avoid open spaces if possible. The vast majority of players who participate in the Warzone Rumble mode like to take a sniper position on the map, usually somewhere behind an environment obstacle to search for visible targets;
You can use vehicles to kill enemy targets in the Warzone Rumble mode;
Warzone Rumble mode is the perfect warm-up before playing the Battle Royale mode;
Warzone Rumble - Rules
Warzone Rumble is quite different mode from the traditional Warzone Battle Royale in which players have to take care of the economy, buy equipment and fight for survival solo or in a team. The new gameplay mode in Call of Duty Warzone has its own rules, which, thankfully, aren't complicated.
The gameplay of Warzone Rumble mode takes place in a specially designated area of the Verdansk map. The border is marked by a cloud of poisonous smoke, but the battlefield does not dynamically shrink as in the Battle Royale mode;
- Two teams join the game: Allegiance and Coalition. Each team can have a maximum of 50 players;
- The game lasts for 20 minutes or until one of the teams scores 400 kills;
- Players enter each game with their own equipment, that is, custom loadouts;
- You don't collect any cash or use an equipment store during the game;
- If you get eliminated, then after a short while you will be respawned and able to land on the map again. Therefore, you will be able to take part in further gameplay.
