During the gameplay of Call of Duty Warzone, players can use a large number of weapons - short guns, assault rifles, sniper rifles, shotguns, and even rocket launchers. In addition, each player has access to additional equipment such as a gas mask and Killstreaks. Furthermore, by using special Perk skills, you can customize your gameplay style.
Gas mask
In with each passing round in Call of Duty Warzone, the Verdansk map gets narrower and a large area of it becomes covered in toxic gas. Staying in a contaminated area rapidly reduces your health. However, you can get a few seconds to evacuate if you have a gas mask - it is the only way to protect you from the toxin.
Gas masks can be found literally everywhere - on the ground, in chests or collected from the bodies of defeated opponents. You can also purchase it at the purchase point for $3,000. The gas mask in Call of Duty Warzone is automatically put on when the player enters a contaminated area. However, you can't use it indefinitely. You can see horizontal bars on the right side of the mask that determine how many seconds you have left before the gas starts damaging you. Remember that a used gas mask can be replaced, giving you extra protection.
Killstreaks
Call of Duty Warzone has introduced a new mechanic to Battle Royale games - Killstreaks. Killstreaks are bonuses received by scoring more kills.
All Killstreaks items can be purchased during a match for a certain amount of cash. Among the options available you have bombing, reconnaissance drone or guard turret. There are really many variants of Killstreaks - especially the destructive ones. Killstreaks can be used immediately or saved for later.
Perks
Perks in Call of Duty Warzone are additional skills for your operator. All Perks available in Warzone work very similar to those available in Modern Warfare.
Perks are divided into 3 categories and marked with a specific color: blue, red, and yellow. Each category has 6 possible options to choose from. You can choose the perks when creating custom loadouts - customize them to suit your gameplay style best. Among the perks available in Call of Duty Warzone, you can distinguish, for example, those that prevent your operator from being detected, allow them to carry two main weapons or limit the negative effect of stun and flash grenades.
Blueprints
Weapon blueprints in Call of Duty Warzone are a way to get a good weapon with additional modifications (often four or even five) without unlocking it. This means that low level profiles can use weapons available at a much higher level. Blueprints in CoD Warzone can be obtained in several ways: received in free bundles, through leveling Battle Pass, or purchased directly from the store.
All weapons available from Blueprints have different names than their originals. For example, the Cataclysmic shown in the image above is an improved, Legendary version of MP7 with 5 modifications. Although the Blueprint weapons already have modifications, you can change them at any time after unlocking a particular upgrade. Weapons obtained from blueprints can be added to appropriate loadouts and used during a match.
