Patch 1.22.0 - how much free GB it requires?
Upgrade 1.22.0 to Warzone, which introduces Season 4 takes up to 45 GB of your HDD/SSD space. Therefore, you need to prepare enough disk space and ensure a stable Internet connection. Fortunately, after downloading such a large file it will be processed and compressed. After installation it will take only 4 GB of additional disk space.
Warzone update - what is the fastest way to download it?
Upgrades to Warzone are extremely large and it is often the case that patches do not want to download at all or download at the speed of 100 to 200 kbps. It takes forever to download more than 40GB at this speed, but you can fool the servers a bit and increase the download speed! If you want to increase the download speed of the update in Warzone try the instructions presented below:
- Try changing the region in your game, for example, from Europe to America or Asia;
- Change the download speed limit to 100 kb/s in the settings and wait a minute, then enter a larger value such as 5,000 kb/s or even 10,000 kb/s. You can also change this value to 0 (Unlimited download speed), but this will not always work;
- If you don't care about time, don't download the patch on the launch day - the servers should work properly one day later.
