In USA different measure units are used than in Europe. If you would like to feel like an actual American truck driver, you should use original measures, but it is a good idea to learn about their European counterparts as well:

Length units
One mile equals 1.6 kilometer. 100 miles equals 160 kilometers.
Weight units
One lb equals 2.2 kh. 30000lb equals 13607kg.
Temperature units
One Fahrenheit equals around -13 Celsius degrees. 195 Fahrenheit equals 90 Celsius degrees.
Volume units
One gallon equals 3.8 liter. It means that by tanking 100 gallons of fuel you tank 380 liters.
