Console and developer mode
In order to activate console and developer mode you must go to "Documents" and then to the "American Truck Simulator" folder. There you will find a file named config.cfg - open it using the notepad and find the "uset g_console 0" and "uset g_developer 0" line (you can use CTRL + F) and change their value from 0 to 1. You can open the console in the game by pressing the [~] key.
Free camera (camera "0")
In order to use "0" camera (free camera) you must press the key ([0] by default) during the game. To control the camera you can use mouse and the keys on the numerical keyboard.
To move the vehicle you must position the camera in the point where you intend the truck to be positioned and press the key ([F9] by default) - the truck will be moved there automatically.
