You can control salary of your employees with Route Advisor. When you hire a new one do not count on load of money (at the beginning a new driver may bring up to few hundred euro per day).

Moreover, sometimes a rookie driver may bring loses. Everything changes as your driver develops. Later each driver is able to earn even a few thousand dollars per day! Loans taken for expanding your company can be paid very quickly then.

When you drive through various cities you may find job agencies there. Remember, the more you find them, the bigger choice you have when recruiting.
