INTRODUCTION:

You can meet with Sung only after completing the previous mission in Taipei - Intercept Assassination Plans.

THE COURSE OF THE MEETING:

The meeting will have a similar course, regardless of your previous decision. The only difference is that you will give Sung the Intel on either the riots or assassination. After the meeting, the main quest in Taipei will be unlocked ((Stop Omen Deng at Memorial Rally) and upon returning to the hideout you will have a short and irrelevant conversation with Scarlet.
