Mayor � Rightful mayor of Rodia, locked in cage. You can let him free by using near panel, but you'll be attacked by Dengler and his men.
It's good idea to poison Dengler's bodyguards before rescuing mayor (O'Biggun, Pat the Axe and Peter Tzanatos), to make battle easier.

Mayor also give you a quest to let his son Chris free, who is beeing kept in distillary.

Radio � If you repair it you can attach a Repeater Unit to it. To repair you can use parts from radio in Angelorium if you dismount it, or by Virgil, if you make quests for him.
Mount of at least one Repeater Unit is necessary, to continue main quest and get better antiradiation suits.

Dengler � Leader of Leather Jerks. He'll give you a quest to make Jess plant agave on her field, and after that to get to him recipe for Tequila from box in the bank.
If you decide to work for Dengler you'll be able to enter radio tower area freely.

Also you can find here Beatrice, if you saw her conversation with Dante. You can persuade her to meet her husband in his shed.

After first visit at his place city'll be attacked by group of robots, whose wants to go through gate.

If you take down Dengler, here you'll find mayor von Graas (after you rescue him) and his son - if he's alive.

Chris von Graas � Son of mayor von Grass. He isn't to much interested in rescuing him. He'll make you an offer to kill his father and Dengler with his bodyguards, what alow him take over reign in Rodia. If you make that quest he'll give you 100$ and later second 100$ (he'll be at mayor's office).

Next to his room you'll find a safe, in which there's a key to sewers (by sewers you'll get into vault in local bank, also there's a cat litter), and notebook, from which you can guess a code into his lock in the bank - 2369. In the box you can find a recipe for tequila, which can be given to his father or Dengler, depending who is in the lead of the town.

Places, items, peoples - secondary quests

Satan � Virgil's opossum. Give him delicacy which you'll get from Virgil when the quest begins, or use Animal Whisperer skill to get it to his owner.

Virgil � He can repair a radio tower, but before that you have to convince Dante, that Beatrice and Dengler want his money.
Bring him his pet Satan - huge opossum from farm. If you wanna take Satan with you you can use Animal Whisperer when you get him back, but Virgil will attack you, and you'll be obligated to kill him, so better wait to that moment, when you won't need him anymore (so when he rapair radio tower).

Toaster � Inside you'll find a shampoo, whith you can give to Arjun in Angleorium.

Jess � She need to buy from you agave for 40 units of ammo and plant it on her farm - quest for Dengler. You can use Kiss As (level 6), but it won't be enough to make her do this. Only ways are to make her plant agava by force, or let her not to plant plants and pay for her 40 rounds to Dengler.

Ulric Kell � Bartender. Gives you a quest to poison Pat the Axe. You'll be needed a Chloral Hydrate, which you'll find in clinic. If yoou poison Pat, he'll be weaker in fight of town.

Pat the Axe � One of Dengler's bodyguards. You can wake him up cliking him few times. He won't be musz talkative, and if you provoke him he'll attack you with all Jerks in bar. You can posion him by finishing the quest for bartender Kell, to make him weaker in fight.

Chloral Hydrate � In safe. Needed to poison Pat in the bar.

Dr Horchata � Local medic, sells some drugs and will heal you for 3 rounds.

You can help him make a cure for disease in town of Rodia. He'll need a microscope, which you'll find in hospital in Angelorium. Then when you finish first task you'll get a hook, which you have to use on well in the north part of town. When you do this doctor will give you disinfectant, which will clean water in well.
After healing city you'll get a bag of Cat Litter, and he'll be healing you for free BUT you won't be able to poison Peter Tzanatos!

Well � Source of disease in Rodia. You'll get sick, if you drink water from it. Talk to dr Horchata, if you wanna disinfect it.

You can fill empty bootle from distillery with poisoned water (before you finish Horchata's quest), and by giving it to Tzanatos, you'll make him weaker while you'll be fighting with Dengler.

Dante � When you'll get here for the first time you'll see a scene between Dante and his wife, Beatrice. After argue Dante will ask you to lead Beatrice (she's at Denglers office) to his shed on farm, where he'll lock her. If you do this and you'll heal the town (dr Horchata), you'll receive Cat Litter from Dante, but Dengler will atack you, when you want to talk to him, and you won't be able to do quest for Virgil, so he won't repair a radio tower.

Shed � Dante asks you to convice Beatrice to lead her in here where he'll lock her. If you then try to free her, he'll attack you.

Bank � Bank of Rodia, currency is an ammo. You can make an account here, where your ammo can be deposited, but you won't be able to get, because of three days delays, which looks like never ending.

Getting into vault in front makes guards fighting with you. Better way is to go by sewers (where you can find a Cat Litter) using entrace in pipe in the north part of the map. In vault you'll find boxes with ammunation, book giving +1 to Safecracking skill and recipe for Tequila (code to this safe is 2369), which you can give to Dengler.

Mr Gekko will take from you Glass gekon's pipe which you'll find in toaster in shop with dead rats in Hollywood - in return you'll gain a book +1 Trader.

Points of interest, element not connected with plot

Trader � At Samuel's you can resupply and get known a little about city.

Hole in fence � You can fill it using Walk of Fame Star from Hollywood toaster.

Gate � To enter the city you need to pay 6 rounds. Ammo is a local currency. Caliber doesn't matter, so it's better to give the cheapest.
You can get for free if you have a ticket to Rodia from Lindy Lou in Angelorium.

Statue � +1 skill point and location of the mysterious shrine.

Toaster � Inside you'll find a big black dildo, which can be given to sergant in Hollywood, he gives in return unique melee weapon.

Entrance into Leather Jerks territory � Closed gate. If you'll try to go through by force, Leather Jerks will become your enemies. You can pass there freely if you work for Dengler.

Wall � Destroy it using Brute Force to get into Leather Jerk's territory silently. Don't blow it up, because noise will provoke nearby guards, to see what happened.

Brothel � Fun costs 20$. You can catch infection.

Casino � Here you can play in some typical casino games. As always - as money you pay and win in ammunation. Team with high luck can win a lot of valuables.

Earl � You can talk with him about town.

Sewers � That's the way to vault in the bank. Also you'll find there a bag of Cat Litter.
To get inside vault use Lockpicking or key to sewers, which you'll find in safe near Chris von Graas.

Peter Tzanatos � He'll talk to you when he'll see you at distillery. Using Kiss Ass 6 you can tell him, that you want to buy a tequila and he will let you go.
He's one of Dengler's man and you'll be fighting him, when you free the mayor. He can be made weaker, if you give him poisoned water before freeing mayor. Get an empty water from table in distillery and fill it with water from well on farm (before you'll help dr Horacht with cure!) and then give it to him.

Empty bottles � Bottle can be filled with water from well on farm (before you'll help doctor) an use it to poison Tzanatos.

May � She can tell you about situation in town. If you want to fight with Dengler, she can lock a few of his peoples in room nearby.
When you get back to reign mayor von Graas, he'll show you on your map location of Santa Monica and treasure which is hidden there.

O'Biggun � One of the Dangler men, which you'll have to fight if you wanna free the mayor. You can weak him giving him a poisoned steak of opossum, which you can get from Willa.
He will take from you a Babe Ruth bar from toaster in Angelorium giving in return a book with +1 to Brute Force.

Willa � For 5 ammo units you can buy a steak of ill opossum Pogo. Give the steak to O'Biggun to make him weaker in later fights for town. If the dialogue option to do that will not appear during the first conversation, talk with Willa again. If Pete gave you mission to free Rodia, but you did not added him to your party, during the conversation you will be able to inform Willa that the man is alive and well.
