Woodson will give your team two additional repeater units which you can install on local transmitters:

• Angel Oracle - a radio is in the building occupied by Mr. Manners, although doors to this place will be locked until you will complete the main quest from this area (the execution of Fletcher) or until you will find an alternate source of meet for Mr. Manners. You can also reach the transmitter through the steam tunnel. You can also disassemble this radio to collect radio parts which you can use to fix the damaged transmitter in Rodia.
• Rodia - a radio is in the center of the town, in the area occupied by Leather Jerks.
