Malediction Mayweather – Leader of God's Militia. He wants you to kill two of his man - Retribution Jones and Ascension McDade. He'll give you items that will suggest that those man kill each other. Put those item in tables near both priests and then kill them. When you'll return to Malediction he will betray you team and you'll be obligated to fight him.

Retribution Jones – He wants you to get a prove to him against Malediction Mayweather. When you give him those he will be in lead and will let you to radio, naxt he'll attack Hollywood.
Ascension McDade – He wants you to get him a prove against Malediction Mayweather. If you give him those, he'll take a reign in church and will let you use a radio. He's also Veronica's lover from HSP. If Veronica will be in power in Hollywood and he in Bastion you'll make peace between those two fractions.
Fealty Mayweather – Wife of Malediction. She can give you a proves against her husband if you bring her an eye from showcase in outside of the building.

Sanctity White – He'll stop you at the firts meeting because he'll want you to give him all illegal substances (alcohol, drugs). Now you don't have to give him nothing. Later he'll be outside of the building.
To roof – On the roof of observatory you'll find a stash with alcohol, with you can give to.
The God's Militia is divided into three Churches - Militant, Vigilant and Ecstatic. They are ruled (in that order) by Retribution Jones, Ascension McDade and Malediction Mayweather which also is a leader of the Church. To get consent for entering the radio station you have to first join to one of the churches by speaking with its leader. You can also unlock the quest from every leader however once you will start helping for one side you can't help other churches later!
In the observatory you will also find a free medic and a weapon merchant.

The only book in the game that allows learning the hidden ability "Combat Shooting", immediately on the highest level. This ability grants 99% bonus to chance for critical hit when using any weapon. In order to unlock the bookshelf, you must have Perception on level 10. The book might not be detected during the first try. In that case, walk away from the bookshelf, wait a moment and try again.
