To radio tower � Key you'll find at dead body of Malediction Mayweather in Obserwatory.
White � Sancity White. You'll meet him after conversation in observatory. Give him some alcohol to calm him down (you'll find a little in the roof of observatory), and ask about wife
Eye � Eye of former husband of Fealty Mayweather. You'll be attacked if you'll try to steal it, but you can take it standing by other stay of the fence, and noone notice that. Bring eye to Fealty to get prove against Malediction.

Billy � You can trade with him. With his team he's looking for a place where he can stay. You can make them flee (Hard Ass 8), give them 12k$ (he'll promise, that he will repay you) or talk to Lam in Hollywood representing them.
Luis Bermudez � Brother of Alex from Los Feliz.

Samsons Quest � Path to Bastion is dangerous - there are many monsters and landmines. Best way is to keep team in the back and allure them by shooting from distance, they will be running toward you through mines.
Indomitableness Garza � Last stage of Quest is fight with priest at the gate. Firstly kill Garza and ignore the rest. Before you kill Garza he'll surrender and let you into Bastion.
Constance Yee � Can tell you about the Bastion.
Maggie � You can talk with her about situation in church. She'll suggest to meet her in the back of her shed, where she'll be more talkative. You can ask her about Simms and alcoholism of White.
Alcohol � Stash of Sancity White. If you don't have any alcohol with you take it and give to White, after thet he'll tell about murderer of Fealty Mayweather's husband.
Stash is on the roof of Obserwatory. To get there use stairs inside building.
Toaster � Inside you'll find a Galileo telescope, which you can give to weapon trader in Salt Lake Park. You'll get a machine gun.
Statue � +1 skill point.
The path to the observatory leads through land mines, mutated toads, honey badgers and blood eaters. You can use land mines for your own good. Let your team stay behind and send forward the sniper only. Try to get as far as you can and shoot to the furthest animal which you can see. Return to the rest of your team. Animals which are going to attack you will detonate land mines first. Obviously many mines will still be active so remember about it once you will finish the battle. This area has also many storages so your team's digger will have a lot to do.
Before you will enter the Bastion you need to deal with a group of a church's knights. You should entirely focus on the leader of the group which is Indomitableness Garza. He will surrender right before he will die and the gate to the Bastion of Faith will be opened. If you feel up to it, you can shoot the rest of the knights. You can kill them with impunity and you receive some experience and gear.
