Speakeasy - tips and walkthrough Tropico 6 guide, tips
Last update: 08 April 2019
Speakeasy is a mission in Tropico 6, which is based on creating a society with a high crime rate. This section contains tips related to the archipelago on which you will carry out this mission.
The archipelago consists of only two Islands - one large, and one significantly smaller, but mountainous. You will need the second one for one of the story missions. Because of the limited space you have on it, don't build unnecessary constructions there.
The large island largely consists of wetlands. This limits the possibility of construction, so you need to carefully consider what you want to build. If you do not have enough space, take advantage of bus transportation. Then citizens will be able to move quickly to buildings that you will not be able to erect in the immediate vicinity.
Running a bus line is very simple. Just using the Bus Garage panel and specify two stops. It should, however, be borne in mind that one such building allows you to create only a single line.
Most of the natural deposits are located on the coast of the island. The consequence will be a large spread of the buildings. Always build factories so that they are close to the locations, where materials necessary for their operation are extracted. Regularly build the Teamster's Offices to avoid downtime of the production. There is also a significant amount of oil on the island. For best earnings, you can create a "village" centered around these fields.
The mission focuses around crime, so limit the number of Police Stations. Build them only in the vicinity of your palace. This will make it easier for you to perform tasks commissioned by the game.
