Shackland is a task in Tropico 6 with a very specific structure. You do not have the possibility to build any residential buildings and at the same time, you have to bring as many citizens as possible to the island. The following section provides advice concerning this stage.

Most of them are located in inaccessible places, so it is practically impossible to create industrial centers around them. It is necessary to have a sufficient amount of Teamster's Offices to remove goods from there. Also, invest in the Second Shift upgrade that will add extra jobs to them.
