After getting on a roof, leave a car and head to a big reservoir (opposite the car cable). Climb up on the ladder.

Getting to the window, open it. It's too dark to see anything, you can hear only a dropping water.

Take a dry duster from railing and climb down.

Look at a sack on the left. Take a piece of rope from it.

Now, go right from reservoir and at next sacks (by the great hole in the wall) pick up another piece of rope. Through a big hole, Watson will notice carts from field kitchen.

Another piece of rope lies on bags nearby a barrel (right of circular hole).

Return to car cable and climb down the stairs on the left. Watch out on a guard on right. However, if he spots Watson, the game restarts in the same place.

Try to see what's happening inside the building on the right of stairs, but it's too dirty and can't be cleaned with a dry duster.

Pick up bottle from a right, lying next to the building's corner.

Climb up on the roof.

Climb up on a ladder next to reservoir. There, tie all three pieces of rope together and attach a bottle to it. Through an open window, let it down inside the reservoir. Watson will take in water.

Return to the dirty window and clean it with a wet duster.

In a zoom, wipe window until you can see anything. Watson gets new information.
