Leave the carousel and walk to the big gate. Exit through it. Go forward until you get to a car cable. Get inside. The problem occurs in half of your way.

Take a bucket. Go to equipment. Put a bomb in bucket and attack a leather belt.

Install it on a line on the left side of car.

Pull the lever behind the Watson. It's stuck.

Examine a panel on the other side of car.

Open it, by using a knife on a right latch.

Pull the manual emergency system lever. You get an achievement: "Bomb Defuser".

After getting on the place, leave a car. Go right and walk along the fun fairs fence, until you get to the ladder. Get on the other side.

Enter the shooting gallery, and leave it via exit next to the till. March to the carousel and Haunted House.

Inside, go left and try to enter a room at the end of the corridor. After a final scene, enter this room. At the end you get "The Legacy".
