New objective: Stay with Jenny or Reject the Asylum

This is your last visit in an imaginary mental asylum and reaching its final part won't take long. Traditionally everyone will try to convince you that you're in the real world. Start with listening to the conversation with other patients and then leave your room, meeting more people. Finally you'll be sent to meet Jenny.

Head to the Jenny's office, meeting on your way doctor James and ... doctor Vick. Keep moving until you'll see darkling to the right, who will look like janitor (same as previously). According to the suggestion, go to the newly unlocked right passage, but you must hurry, because otherwise you'll be caught by a paramedic and you'll get back to the last control point.

You'll watch another cutscene, where darkling managed to get Jackie to asylum's roof door, but he also dies. Once you get to the roof, you'll see another cutscene and a very important choice (screen above).

If you have nothing against the fact, that the asylum doesn't really exist and you want to stay with "fictional" Jenny, you have to press the left mouse button (Stay with Jenny). The game will display a short cutscene, after which your adventure ends. Notice - if you want to test the second variant (and finish the last game chapter), then you have to go to the main menu and select option to continue from the last control point (Continue).

If you want to get out of this place and get to hell to save the real Jenny, you have to press the right mouse button (Reject the Asylum). Jackie will decide to commit a suicide by jumping down and you'll advance to the last game chapter - Heart Of Darkness.
