RELIC 21 - Siddhartha's Tears
Chapter: #12 - Fun and Games
You have to reach a warehouse with parked large truck (screen above).
Walk to the truck's front and look for a relic.
RELIC 22 - Mark of Cain
Chapter: #12 - Fun and Games
Go inside the Castle of Horrors (screen above).
Move forwards, passing by a Talent Shrine. Turn right when possible and collect relic lying in the stall used to sell tickets. You have to do it BEFORE you approach the cart and start cutsene with Jenny.
RELIC 23 - Pope John XII
Chapter: #14 - Rat in a Maze
Playing as darkling get to the room with two guards (screen above). After eliminating both enemies ignore your current objective and decide to explore the adjacent room (the entrance is located in front of the desk, where one of the killed guards was stopping by).
Relic is lying on the ground.
RELIC 24 - Reliquary of the Blessed Blood
Chapter: #14 - Rat in a Maze
Playing again as Jackie go to the office of his father (screen above).
Reliquary left on the table right from the entrance is a relic you're looking for.
RELIC 25 - The Silent Night
Chapter: #15 - Homecoming
In one of the starting locations you'll be forces to grab the right wall with a tentacle in order to break it down and unlock a further passage (screen above).
Eliminate all enemies and explore the room located behind the destroyed wall. Relic is lying on the ground, but you have to watch out and not to fall down to the nearby hole.
RELIC 26 - The Deceiver's Grasp
Chapter: #15 - Homecoming
Shortly after winning the fight in a ballroom you'll reach the place, where you'll see three enemies under you. Ignore them staying on the current floor and walk over boards located on the left side (screen above).
Look for a hole in the wall and grab relic with the left tentacle (you can't pick it up personally).
RELIC 27 - The First
Chapter: #16 - Last Stand
You have to get to the main room in the attic, where you'll fight with Victor (screen above).
Jump down to the lower level and look for relic on your right. This secret can be picked after starting the battle, but you have to do it before Victor loses entire health bar and is defeated.
RELIC 28 - Prism of the Brothers
Chapter: #18 - Heart of Darkness
Shortly after starting this chapter move forwards, until you get to the place where game will zoom in imprisoned Jenny (screen above).
Ignore for the moment Jackie's beloved and look for a relic on your right.
RELIC 29 - Ashes of the Unnamed
Chapter: #18 - Heart of Darkness
After Darkness takes Jenny, you'll have to look for her and eliminate hordes of enemies. Stop after reaching the place where you have to destroy a barricade with your left tentacle (screen above).
BEFORE you destroy the barricade, examine the area to the right, finding the last relic.
