There are 4 secrets to be found during Tracking Lesson:

Artifacts #1 and #2- Owen's Drawing of Abby; Thank You Card from Mel
Both collectibles will automatically be in Abby's inventory at the start of the stage. If you want, you can view them in your inventory.
Artifact #3 - Zoo Holiday Brochure
The artifact can be found shortly after the start of the stage, and specifically after reaching the area with the first buildings.
Look around the park for the bench on which the flyer can be found.
Coin - Virginia
The entrance to one of the buildings has a partially damaged grate. Crouch to get inside.
Use a bottle to break one of the small windows near the ceiling. Jump to it and use it to get outside.
You'll find yourself in a fenced-off area with trash containers. The coin is on one of the containers.
