To reach the Venator Wreckage, you must first get to Crash Site. You will visit this place during the story missions.
You will find a large destroyed starship. Run to it and jump to a higher shelf. When you get into the hole, you will enter the Venator Wreckage.
The best moment to visit this location is after you have completed the story - Cal will have access to all Force abilities and gadgets. Thanks to them, you will be able to reach every place and discover all the secrets.
