Unofficial guide to the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order game contains a complete set of information necessary to max out the game. Our textbook was divided into three large parts. The first of them is the game guide, which offers useful tips at the start, discusses the topics of combat, exploration and character development, as well as answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ). In some cases, you may need to have, for instance, certain Force skills and those requirements were included in our description. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is an action adventure game whose plot takes place between the third and fourth episode of the movie saga. In the game, we take on the role of the former Padawan Cal Kestis, who falls into the sights of the Empire after it turns out that he controls the Force. The game puts a lot of emphasis on exploring partially open locations and engaging in battles with stormtroopers, bounty hunters or hostile fauna from subsequently visited planets. The production was designed specifically for the single player campaign. However, that does not mean Cal cannot count on any help. The main character travels through the galaxy together with friendly characters and is accompanied by a small droid endowed with unique abilities.

Is Star Wars Jedi: the Fallen Order a completely single player game?

Yes, the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order game only offers a single player mode. You will not find any multiplayer (online or local) modes here and there is no possibility to play missions in cooperative mode. Cal is accompanied by the BD-1 droid, although he does not take direct control of it. The Droid is automatically activated, for example, when it finds something interesting in the vicinity or when it receives a command to heal the main character.

Does Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order have microstransactions?

Fortunately, no. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order doesn't have any microtransactions, boosters, loot boxes, nor any other elements that may require additional purchase. All cosmetic items (new outfits, skins, Stinger Mantis paint jobs, etc.) are earned for free - by exploring the locations and opening loot chests or advancing in the main storyline.

Does the game have a long campaign?

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order offers quite a lot of content for a title of the action adventure genre. It should take you over a dozen hours to finish the game for the first time. The final result can be influenced by how much time you spend on additional activities, such as full exploration of available planets or battling additional bosses. Do opponents in the game respawn?

Yes, the enemies can respawn and the mechanic works similarly to, for instance, the games from the Dark Souls franchise. The enemies will revive after you use the rest option in one of the meditation points, that is, places used to restore health and Force, save the state of the game and allocate character development points.

It is worth noting that the game respawns "only " ordinary opponents, such as regular stormtroopers or monsters living on different planets. There is no revival of defeated bosses.

Does the game have a completely open world?

No, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order does not have a completely open world, but despite all that provides quite a lot of freedom of action. During the game, you can focus only on following the main storyline or exploring the surroundings to find, for instance, a new loot or lairs of additional bosses. The game was built on the principle of so-called metroidvania, and so many of the discovered places are initially unavailable and you have to wait until you progress in the story and acquire new abilities and/or gadgets.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order allows you to travel between different planets on the galaxy map. Also in this case, you can choose between focusing on the main plot and additional exploration. The game, of course, allows you to return to previously visited planets.

Does the game run smoothly on consoles?

The following guide for the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order game was prepared based on the PS4 and PC versions. The console version worked correctly most of the time. When we played on the regular version of the PlayStation 4 console, we had minor glitches and sudden animation slowdowns, most likely caused by the loading of new locations and textures in the background. They were not very burdensome.

Is it possible to disable chromatic aberration in the game?

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order has the chromatic aberration filter active by default. Technology has its supporters, but also ardent opponents. Fortunately, aberration can be disabled using the game's graphics settings, and this is also the case for the console version. Console editions also allow you to get rid of the Motion Blur and Film Grain effects.

Why doesn't the hero want to climb?

This is a potential problem that you might encounter during your playthrough of the game. Climbing in the game is not fully automated, i.e. Cal can not start it without giving him the appropriate command. If you encounter an interactive wall, after approaching it, you must additionally press the button to climb onto objects on the wall (rods, plants, etc.) - in the console versions, press the L2 / left trigger button to do so. Skipping this step will cause the main character to land back on the ground or, in extreme cases, fall into the abyss.

Why can't I open the holomap?

This is a minor problem that you may encounter while completing the first part of the first chapter on the Bogano planet. When you try to open the holomap, a message will appear that BD-1 droid is busy. The solution to this problem is very simple - focus on the main story and temporarily skip the optional exploration of the planet in order to reach the location where the scene with BD-1 will initiate. Cal will fix the friendly droid. BD-1 will jump on his back. From this moment you will be able to use the holomap and additional ask BD-1 for treatment.

Can you beat the Second Sister in the prologue?

The first confrontation with the Second Sister takes place in the final part of the prologue. Cal can't beat her because this is part of the plot. The fight with the Second Sister ends automatically after the main character loses all health points or when we fight her for a certain period of time. Does the game have challenging puzzles?

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order has a lot of puzzles, but they aren't very challenging. It is worth noting that not all puzzles are mandatory. Some of them are related to additional content and can be skipped. The game can offer you tips to quickly solve a given puzzle. In the further part of the campaign, you unlock the diving ability. Exploration of underwater areas allows you to reach new collectibles and locations that were previously inaccessible to Cal.

Is it possible to continue the game after the main campaign is over?

Yes, you can keep playing further. After you have watched all final cutscenes and ending credits, you will return to the main menu. You can select the option to continue the game. You will return to the Mantis, specifically to the moment before the final events of the game. You will not be able to travel to the last location of the campaign, but fortunately there are no secrets in this area. You can travel back to all other planets to find collectibles and participate in other side activities.

Can you swim in the game?

Yes, Cal can swim and falling or getting into the water won't cause a sudden death of your character. You need to swim to reach some areas of the main story. Other water reservoirs may allow you to find valuable collectibles. Please note that some tanks or reservoirs are filled with poisonous substances. They should be avoided at all costs, because the main character will instantly die when he accidentally falls into one of them.

Is it possible to continue the game after the main campaign is over?

Yes, you can keep playing further. After you have watched all final cutscenes and ending credits, you will return to the main menu. You can select the option to continue the game. You can travel back to all other planets to find collectibles and participate in other side activities.

Are there romances in the game?

No, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order doesn't have any romances. During the course of the campaign, the main character befriends Nightsister Merrin. Although the characters like each other, their relationship doesn't go beyond friendship.

Cal's another friend is Cere. In this case, the woman is more like the protagonist's mentor and "unofficial" master. Cere will appoint Cal a Jedi Knight when she decides that he is ready.

Is it possible to control vehicles in the game?

With one exception, unfortunately not. When you visit Kashyyyk for the first time, you will pilot an AT-AT. This is, unfortunately, is a scripted scene - you have to follow a linear route and focus only on shooting at targets. Cal can't use any small vehicles to, e.g. explore the planets. You need to travel on foot.

Does Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order have difficult platinum trophy?

The platinum trophy in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order isn't too hard, though getting it can be quite time-consuming. This is due to the fact that you have to find the vast majority of the collectibles as well as fully discover all the maps. This can lead to a situation where you miss a single secret that is difficult to find.

You can, however, complete the game on any difficulty level, including the easiest one where fights don't cause any problems. In addition, the game allows you to change the difficulty level at any time. Unlocking all the trophies/achievements can take you more than 30 hours.
