Your army can destroy the enemy quite easily. You can see a short cut scene. It seems that Westguard is safe now. Talk to Jandrim Windhammer. Hi gives you a next quest: bring him the Tear - Quenched Blade, the Piece of Dragonskin and the Living Runes. He can forge new weapon when you supply him with this materials.
