Rotating makes sense for items that have rectangular proportions (e.g. 1x2) instead of square. The right placement of such items can really affect how much items can you carry.

To rotate objects, use the Q and E keys - Q rotates the object 90 degrees left, and E 90 degrees right (example with a syringe in the above pictures).

Organizing the inventory

In Gloomwood , there is no button to automatically sort the inventory , such as one seen in Diablo series - Gloomwood: Rotating items in your inventory - how to activate? - FAQ - Gloomwood Guide, Walkthrough

In Gloomwood , there is no button to automatically sort the inventory , such as one seen in Diablo series. You have to personally organize your inventory - you can pick up items (LMB) and place them in other slots.

It is possible to group and combine selected items . For instance:

  1. you can combine the same types of ammunition with each other so it stacks;
  2. you can put ammunition in weapons - select it from the inventory, point it to the weapon, and press LMB again;
  3. you can stack the same types of gems e.g. Raw Gem (Small).
